Herbalife shakes are very easy to make. Try making a blueberry and french vanilla shake. Just mix a serving of Herbalife French Vanilla shake powder with a serving of Personalised Protein Powder with 300 mls of low fat soy milk or skim milk. Add 1 cup of blueberries, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract and ice cubes. Approximate calories 340.
